Hi, I’m Tim, the proud owner of crowncon homes,

and I want to share my journey with you. My love for building began at the age of 14 when I started working onsite after school.

It was a time filled with hard work and late nights, but I thrived on the energy of the construction site, watching multiple trades come together to create something extraordinary. By 17, I was deep into my apprenticeship, where I was honored to win the Most outstanding Apprentice award, a milestone that fueled my passion even further.

Fast forward to today, and I’ve dedicated my working life to building homes that families can cherish for years to come. I’ve completed many projects in those 17 years, specializing in new homes and knockdown rebuilds in the beautiful Southeast- bayside corridor of Melbourne.

We offer a complimentary interior design consultation upon contract signing to help bring your vision to life and minimise any possible overwhelm.

Our clients, like Nathan and Tania, and Nick and Micala, have praised our ability to start on time and move efficiently through each stage, often completing large projects in under six months, and in a fraction of the allowed contract period. Their satisfaction is what drives me to keep improving and delivering exceptional results.

When I’m not on-site, you’ll find me exploring with my young family or maintaining fitness. I’ve trekked to Mount Everest Base Camp during winter, an experience that taught me the value of perseverance and planning—qualities I bring to every project.
