I started Crowncon Homes because I believed families deserved better than what volume builders were delivering. That belief hasn't changed.

Most builders hand you to a project manager you've never met once the contract is signed. At Crowncon, Tim is your contact from the first conversation to handover. The person who listened to your brief is the same person building your home.
The budget won't move without your say-so
Tim engages before your plans are drawn — so your design is built around a real, achievable number from day one. The price we put in the contract is the price you pay. No variation surprises, no discovered costs halfway through a slab.
Your home will be delivered when we say it will
We write the programme into the contract and hold ourselves to it. The Tasman build: 360 square metres, delivered in seven months — a fraction of the allowed contract period. Accountability isn't a value we claim. It's on the page.
