Designed to follow the sun throughout the day, the heart of the home opens around a private central courtyard — filling every living space with natural light, warmth, and airflow while creating a calm retreat for everyday life.
With 4 spacious bedrooms, dual living areas, and a seamless indoor-outdoor layout, Cove 27 is considered for growing families who value both connection and privacy. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living zone flows directly to the courtyard — perfect for entertaining, quiet mornings, or long afternoons by the optional pool.

A single-level layout designed around natural flow — bedrooms private at the rear, living spaces opening to the central courtyard, with the kitchen and dining at the heart of the home. The optional pool integrates naturally off the alfresco zone.

Working alongside your architect — or Crowncon's design partners — Tim is at the table from day one, ensuring every design decision is shaped by what's actually buildable at your budget. No costly revisions at the construction stage. No design you fall in love with that you can't afford.

Every Crowncon client — across all three series — receives a complimentary interior design consultation with Gallerie Design Studio upon contract signing. Your selections are documented in full, giving you clarity and confidence before a single material is ordered.
