Our Tasman project, completed by Crowncon Homes in December 2023, is a 360m² architectural statement spread across two wings, two levels, and a separate outbuilding — a home that truly needs to be seen to be believed.

Featuring our platinum finishes package, this build includes premium upgrades such as imported spanish tiles, two gas log fireplaces, two built-in gas bbqs, expansive custom cabinetry, and a full sonos audio system. smart home features include cctv, alarm system, intercom, and remote entry for modern convenience and security.

Designed with reverse living to maximise views of bass strait and the neighbouring national forest, the home boasts a striking cathedral ceiling with VJ100 lining, exposed feature rafters, and a stunning double-glazed raked window set above a commercial-grade double sliding door.

Despite some site-specific challenges, this project was successfully delivered in just 7 months. works included a 1-metre rear site cut with retaining walls, hard landscaping, and a suite of premium inclusions such as electric blinds, 2PAC cabinetry, an electric cooktop with integrated extraction, and dual smeg ovens. the home also includes individual hvac systems throughout, double-glazed thermally broken windows, and high-end phoenix tapware.
