Bonbeach

The Bonbeach project is a large, custom-designed family home in Bonbeach, City of Kingston — thoughtfully conceived around the specific rhythms and needs of its owners, including dedicated spaces for every member of the household, right down to the family's furry companions.

This build presented its own set of challenges. The project ran through a COVID-impacted period that brought unavoidable delays in some areas. Tim and the Crowncon Homes team responded with characteristic resolve — pressing forward in every area where progress was possible, maintaining momentum, and keeping communication transparent throughout.

The result was a six-month construction window that delivered a genuinely custom home without compromising on quality, scope, or the client relationship. Another proud result for the team — and a home built to be lived in for decades.
