The brief was deeply personal — dedicated spaces tailored around how the family actually lives, right down to the thoughtful accommodations made for their four-legged companions. Every room was considered in the context of daily life, not just floor plan efficiency.
Like the Bonbeach build, Botanic Ridge navigated a COVID-impacted period that created constraints in some supply chains and trades. Tim's response was the same — press forward in every area possible, maintain communication, and protect the timeline wherever the team had control. The result: a six-month construction window delivered without compromise on quality or scope.
